Art historian, dance researcher, journalist, editor, and author of the Telegram channel "VaryBallet."
Born in St. Petersburg, she graduated from St. Petersburg State University (Smolny Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences) with a degree in Art History. She also holds a Master of Arts degree from the Faculty of Geography and History at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
Author for "Ballet" magazine, "Sobaka.ru," and the On Air portal of the Diana Vishneva Foundation. Over the years, she has interviewed renowned ballet and contemporary dance figures, including Viktoria Tereshkina, Natalia Osipova, Ekaterina Kondaurova, Maria Alexandrova, Vladislav Lantratov, Vladimir Shklyarov, Vladimir Varnava, Anton Adasinsky, and the founders of the AXE Engineering Theatre. A special place in this list is held by legends of the Western stage: Angelin Preljocaj, Mats Ek, Karen Kain, and Leonid (Lorca) Massine.
She works as a production coordinator, author, and curator. Her projects include a body of work covering John Neumeier's final festival in Hamburg (July 2024), a series of public talks for the exhibition "Ballet. Attraction" at the Museum of Theatre and Music Art (St. Petersburg), a series of programs on the history of dance for VKontakte (hosted by Vladimir Varnava), and the electronic Anthology of Russian Cinedance. In December 2024, she co-authored texts for the script of the performance "Meyerhold. Petersburg" (dir. Konstantin Uchitel; choreog. Alexander Chelidze).
