Graduated from the State Conservatory in Tallinn (piano), the Rimsky-Korsakov Leningrad State Conservatory (opera stage directing), and Bramson ORT College in New York (business management).
From 2016 to 2024 - Casting Director for guest opera soloists at the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, from 2009 to 2016 - Director of the Opera Company at the Mikhailovsky Theatre in St. Petersburg.
As a stage director and international concert programs producer, Olga has worked in theatres across Russia, the USA, Europe, and Israel, staging productions of "Eugene Onegin", "Iolanta", "Don Pasquale", "Le nozze di Figaro ossia la folle giornata", "Tosca", "La Traviata", and others.
Since 1987 she has taught opera class in Russia, the USA, and Europe, and has given masterclasses for young singers at institutions including the Boston Conservatory (USA), the Young Artists Program in Maine (USA), the Young Artists Program of the Berlin State Opera (Germany), the New Opera World Festival-Laboratory (Moscow), the St. Petersburg Conservatory, the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia (St. Petersburg), the Istanbul Conservatory (Turkey), and the Elena Obraztsova Creative School in St. Petersburg.
Olga has participated as a jury member at major international vocal competitions, including the Queen Sonja International Music Competition (Norway), Belvedere Competition (Austria), the Vocal Competition in Portofino, the Marcello Giordani Competition in Catania (Italy), the Opera Grand Prix in Bucharest (Romania), the George Enescu Vocal Competition in Paris, the Veronica Dunne Competition in Dublin (Ireland), the Georg Ots Competition in St. Petersburg, the Leonid Sobinov Competition (Russia), and the Hibla Gerzmava Competition (Russia).
