Drillalians. Episode IV: Sergey Nevskiy, Aleksey Sysoev
Сверлийцы. Эпизод IV: Сергей Невский, Алексей Сысоев
An opera series based on Boris Yukhananov's novel of the same name about the fantastical Sverlia—a country existing parallel to Earthly reality and simultaneously inhabiting three time periods: past, present, and future.
The main symbol of this civilization is a drill. Paths are laid between Sverlia and Earth: for example, one portal to this fantastical reality is Venice, the second is St. Petersburg.
In the fourth part, the mystery of the Last Sverlia is revealed. We witness the process of his identification with the Prince, meet the great Rebbe Shneur Zalman of Liadi, and hear excerpts from sacred books.
